In the course of the preconstruction of a project Arris Corporation manages the selected design group in the client’s interest to insure a project will facilitate the needs of our client based on the desired budget and schedule. The reviews of a municipal master plan, zoning and building codes are implemented to insure a project will properly fit with-in a community. Arris Corporation’s involvement in design meetings is to guide our client through the decision making process and to advise the client as well as the design team on issues of economical design approaches, constructability, and the effect to scheduling.

Upon completion of an approved design Arris Corporation organizes the construction documents and aggressively puts the project out for bid to multiple qualified prime subcontractors. This insures the client is getting the best value for the construction of their project. Upon receipt of the bids Arris Corporation closely reviews and qualifies the various bids to insure the final product is completed with the best workmanship and of quality materials.

Arris Corporation accepts the responsibility for our client’s to manage the contract documents throughout the entire construction phase. Arris Corporation prepares all subcontractor agreements and material purchase orders, reviews and processes the subcontractors application for payment, verifies completion of work to contract and construction documents, compiles the required wavier of liens, prepares and submits monthly billing summaries and the requests of project payments for our clients review and approval. Our on site field managers closely coordinate the multiple subcontractors and suppliers so as to provide quality control supervision to insure the completion is based on the construction documents. Arris Corporation’s responsibility for the construction phase insures a client’s project is completed on time, in budget, and in accordance to the construction documents.

Arris Corporation complies and ensures that all “as-built” drawings, operation manuals, manufacture warrantees, workmanship guarantees and proper training of building systems are provided upon the conclusion of the construction phase of the project. Arris Corporation’s participation in a project is not complete until all contract agreements have been completed and our client is completely satisfied.
